    With more than 10 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she has sat with clients during difficult moments, supported families through uncertainty, and seen firsthand how overwhelming care decisions can become when life changes quickly.

    Those experiences shaped not only her career, but her approach: calm, compassionate, and deeply personal.
