  • Founder/Owner

    I’m Amanda Chumbley, a Certified Care Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner with over 10 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. My background gives me a unique perspective in supporting clients and families through life’s most challenging care situations. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep desire to help others, and I’ve built my career around turning that passion into meaningful care.

    I specialize in supporting individuals and families facing dementia, mental health concerns, and substance use challenges. My outgoing personality allows me to quickly build trust and meaningful connections, helping clients feel at ease during even the most difficult times.

    At Guiding Light Care Management, my mission is to provide compassionate guidance, advocacy, and peace of mind — so no client or family ever feels alone in their care journey.
